The pub was lively and had a great atmosphere, with lots of passing trade. Our room was warm, cosy, and spotless, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a varied menu to choose from. The view from our room overlooking the sea was absolutely stunning.
During our stay, there were two days of bad weather, and even though we moved our car as advised, it still ended up with a dent from a flying pebble. The winter feather duvet on the bed was not appropriate for the time of year or the hot weather we experienced.

Great breakfast options, especially the yummy fish dishes. The beachfront location is picturesque and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, including beautiful sea views!
The narrow roads leading to the hotel can be a bit challenging to navigate, especially for larger vehicles. Wi-Fi is only available in the bar area, which could be inconvenient for those who need to work or stay connected.

Lovely to be by the sea, right on the beach - perfect! The hotel location was amazing, with beautiful hiking paths nearby. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The room had a fantastic view and was clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, including a bar/restaurant where we could put everything on a tab for our entire stay. a fantastic experience in a perfect location.

We had an amazing stay here! The room was incredibly comfortable and the bed was just perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were so thoughtful, they even booked us into the restaurant before we arrived. We enjoyed a lovely meal with substantial portions for dinner, and breakfast was equally delicious. What a joy it was to wake up in the morning and see the sunrise over the sea from our window.

We had an incredible experience at the Cricket Inn. The customer care was impeccable, especially during meal times. The food was fantastic, with a menu that catered to everyone's tastes. Our room was beautifully presented, and the shower was one of the best I've ever experienced. The sea view from our bed was stunning, and we could even hear the waves. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was lovely. The location was also great, with plenty of coastal path walking to be done. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful short break.
